After a very busy teapot season, I am now working on a number of new creations. The plan is to have them ready for Circle Craft in Vancouver in mid November. Keeping in mind different tastes and needs, there will be short pots and tall pots, round pots and square pots. If you are considering treating yourself to an original handbuilt teapot this year, please let me know before early November and I will still be able to accommodate your special wishes. This has been one of the busiest season we have ever had at the studio and farm. It has been so much fun meeting people from all over the world. We are still in the process of building our farm and our tea and clay gallery. And we are enjoying the process of making it happen.
My hands are elbow-deep in clay these days while I gear up for the Circle Craft Fair in Vancouver and Out-of-Hand in Victoria, both at the end of November. It’s crunch time and I am trying to get as much creative time in as possible.
