My vases appreciate your experiments with both dried or fresh flowers, and other botanicals are welcome, too. Tthey are always happy to take breaks from their vase duty and make nice additions to your interior by their simple presence.
As an avid gardener and lover of floral displays my vases are created with the intention of adding both beauty and function to your home.
This vase was created from a slab of clay. Once formed and left to dry to the leather hard stage I work the surface to get the clay to a subtle sheen. I then add the design and allow for the piece to dry in preparation for the first firing. After the bisque firing I add the accent glaze on the exterior and complete the process by glazing the interior.

Care: Your vase can be maintained simply and easily by hand-washing with warm water and dish soap, if needed.
